My Wear Time Looks Wrong? How Do I Fix it?

If your daily wear time or out-of-mouth time looks incorrect, it usually means a timer session was started late, stopped late, or left running by accident.

Check your session history

  1. Open AlignerSilk.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Tap History.

  4. Review the saved out-of-mouth sessions.

Each history entry shows when the session started, when it ended, and how long your aligners were out.

Edit a session

  1. In History, tap the session that needs fixing.

  2. Adjust the take-out or return time.

  3. Save the change.

AlignerSilk will recalculate your daily totals after the edit.

Delete a session

  1. In History, swipe or long-press the incorrect session.

  2. Choose Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

Use this when a timer was started by mistake or a duplicate session was created.

Check the active timer

If the Timer tab says Not Wearing, AlignerSilk still thinks your aligners are out. Tap the timer ring to stop the active session.
